Thank you for shopping with Rooted & Redeemed. We’re committed to delivering your order with care and clarity. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be shipped.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high‑volume periods (holidays, sales, or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Rooted & Redeemed is not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

We are not liable for:

  • lost or stolen packages
  • carrier delays
  • weather‑related delays
  • damage caused during transit

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist where possible.


6. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing.


7. Pre‑Orders & Made‑to‑Order Items

If an item is marked as pre‑order or made‑to‑order, shipping timelines will be noted on the product page.
Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
